Domestic shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, please allow for delays in busy periods. We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over $80.
We have 2 flat rate shipping options available for orders within Australia;
Australia Post Regular Parcel Post 2-6 business days is $10 Australia Post Express Shipping (1-3 business days) for $13. We will always do our best to get your SWIGGEE parcels to you ASAP however, Express Shipping does not guarantee same-day dispatch; the Express Shipping timeframe applies from when parcels leave SWIGGEE HQ. Once shipped, you’ll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Please note, SWIGGEE cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items if you have elected for your package to be “left in a safe place.” While we will do our best assist you in the event your package is delayed, we take no responsibility for your package once it leaves SWIGGEE HQ. Returns
At SWIGGEE, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law and want to you feel confident shopping with us.
Change of Mind
We can offer an exchange for change of mind if:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All hygiene seals are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges depend on product availability.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days.
- We will provide a replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- We will cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty.
- Please provide photos and your order number when contacting us.
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending your item.
- Use a trackable shipping method – we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Refunds
- Refunds are only provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
